VectorHR was founded by Sanjay Aggarwal, a veteran in India's enterprise sector in the field of Human Resources. Sanjay is an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and did his two year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations in the year 1988. Prior to that he graduated from ShriRam College of Commerce and then MA (P) from Delhi School of Economics.
He has worked with multinationals such as Pharmacia, Vam Organics (now Jubilant Organosys), Honda Siel Cars and NetAcross before becoming an entrepreneur. In the year 2000 he founded HR Minds Consulting Pvt. Ltd. which was later divested in 2005
All members of the VectorHR team have a background in management or engineering or education fields. Each team member is seasoned to perform well, individually as well as a team, with a continued learning and motivation from within and outside the organization.
