We are seeking an HR GENERALIST(6-9 years)
Designation: Manager / Senior Manager- HR (Generalist)
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Industries: Open to Industries
1.Provide on-going employee relations and people lifecycle management support including work force planning, training, managing performance, enabling retention, driving recognition, grievance handling etc.
2.Provide on-going daily support for people strategy implementation for all functions through business and people understanding
3.Provide ongoing support for people related insight.
4.Actively participate in annual organisation wide cross- functional HR projects.
5.Maintain ongoing HR database for the Media Business
6.Works closely with the COEs for Hiring/ implementation of process & policy
7. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
8. Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business HR plans.
