Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
Maintaining a smooth on boarding process.
Issuing Offer letter generation, coordination with candidates, Documentation collection for new joiners.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handling workplace disciplinary and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Payroll, Full & Final settlement, Leave Management, vendor invoice, and contract employees payments
Creating clear and concise reports.
Comprehensive knowledge of labour laws & compliance
Requirements:
Masters degree in human resources management or equivalent.
5 to 8 year experience in human resources.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in conflict resolution & disciplinary processes.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Ability to give presentations.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
