We are looking for HR Manager, Chaygoan (Assam) who will be responsible for end to end employee life cycle management Company Website - www.hamiltonindia.in Please share your CVs to mahalaxmi.gowda@hamiltonindia.in Role & responsibilities Contract Labour Management - Create core group of skilled workers to be a buffer in addressing the continuous supply of skilled workers for the factory. - Design and implement options/decisions to ensure no production loss due to worker shortage. - Carryout worker wage revision on time to comply minimum wages. Labour Supply Contractor Management - Hiring of labour supply contractors as per the laid down process. - Monthly evaluation of every contractor based on agreed terms. Implementing incentive and penalties on contractors for lapses or short services Contract Labour Payments and Compliance - Wage revisions as per schedule based on the evaluation criteria and budget. - Analyse the wage parity based on performance and years of service. - Wage disbursal of third-party manpower by 5th day of subsequent month and contract workers by 7th day and submission of process adherence report. Contract Labour Engagement and Welfare - Implement reward and recognition programs for workers to keep them motivated. - Create task force groups to engage the workers in community programs, functional improvements, cultural programs including their family, etc. Security, Health and Safety Management. Ensuring the security processes are executed in totality with proper review systems to address any breaches. Security of manpower and property • Implement security systems, engaging security providers, evaluating efficiency of security agencies, training of security personnel • Reviewing CCTV performance & coverage on a daily basis and improving the gaps. • Conduct Mock drill to handle emergency situations. • Deployment of security person as per the requirement. • Ensure adherence of SOP by security personnel inorder to stop security breaches and intrusion. • Training of security guards, supervisors as per the SOP. • Implementation of processes to ensure security alertness. . Liasoning -IR management Maintain harmonious relations with employees and ensure the employee morale is high through regular interactions and timely grievance handling through one on ones or forums for this - Maintaining discipline and taking action as per law on those who violate or conduct mis conducts including managing processes like counselling, warnings, suspension, charge sheets, enquiries - Maintaining balanced relationship with authorities like: - * PF / ESIC / Labour office * Local police station * Local Panchayat * All facilities offices like electricity, municipal corporation, poll
