JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MANAGER (HR & ADMIN) :-
1) Recruitment at various levels of employees.
2) Preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, Joining formalities, induction of new joiners.
3) Manpower management, attendance monitoring and biometric report generation.
4) Payroll Processing of around 1000+ employees and its disbursement.
5) Statutory compliances such as contract labour license, BOCW registration, Provident Fund, ESIC, Profession Tax, Income Tax calculation and their timely remittance.
6) Coordination with various Govt. bodies like Labour commissioners, PF Commissioners, Enforcement officers, ESIC Directors etc.
7) Preparation of various service level agreements such as Rent Agreements, Security Agreements, Canteen Agreements, Retainership Contracts etc.
8) Disciplinary action such as issuing warning letters, show cause letters, termination letters.
9) Monthly/fortnightly bills processing such as house rents, professional services bills, canteen bills, security agencys bills, electric bills, water bills etc.
10) House Keeping and waste management.
11) Managing welfare facilities for employees such as providing drinking water facility, safety shoes, rain coats, hand gloves etc.
12) Arranging and coordinating meetings.
13) Site visits and timely redressal of employee’s grievances.
14) Monthly review of employee’s performance through the respective HODs.
Required Qualification, Skills and Experience:-
Candidate should be MIRPM, MSW (Labour), MLS, MBA-HR or equivalent.
Should possess minimum 10 years work experience.
Should possess good verbal and written communication.
Ready to travel all over India whenever required.
