Roles and Responsibilities
END TO END CORE HR ACTIVITIES Employee relations
Ensure the alignment of the training and development plan to the strategic objectives and priorities of the company.
To handle complete recruitments, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company.
Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication skills both Written and Verbal.
Experienced in adhering to regulatory requirements and meeting performance targets we are looking a Candidate from Andhra Pradesh Location only.
Minimum 5 years of human resource management experiences.
Willing to work in a team and as a team.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Any experience working at the Best Places to Work is a plus.
