Full job description
Put the organisation’s talent and human resources strategy into action
Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed
Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with Central, state, and local employment laws, regulations
Establish and implement orientation and training programmes to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties
Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
Oversee facilities services and maintenance
Manage schedules and deadlines
Adhere to policies and regulations

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

The business was started in the name of PAPER POINT” in early 2009 .In the year 2013 ,company became pvt ltd and name changed to PAPER VANTAGE POINT PVT LTD. Company is strategically situated at Thane Maharashtra.Our warehouse and conversion facility is at Bhiwandi,6kms from Thane. We have strong dedicated team of 30 people. which includes all the professional from various streams. We also have 40,000sft, warehouse in Bhiwandi (Near Nashik Highway) besides that we also have in-house converting factory, which helps in converting jumbo reels to small reels and sheets.

Director, - Mr. Sumit Kumar, is MBA (Marketing) with 17 years of business experience in Paper Industry. Mr. Sumit Kumar has worked 7years with Govt. Own paper mill named NEPA LTD. as Regional office in charge , Mumbai and has wide knowledge of Marketing cum Commercial activities.
Director, - Mr. Ram C R Dokka (B. Tech), - Mr. Ram C R Dokka (B. Tech), Ex - GM (Marketing) NEPA LTD, Govt. Own paper mill named NEPA LTD. He is having nearly 40years of sound business experience and actively involve in business operation. He is our chief mentor and guiding force in business development.
