Responsible for all levels of talent acquisition through direct, referrals, university programmes and/or consultant hiring.
Provide advice, expertise assistance to all levels of personnel both internal and external on various HR related matters.
Meets established metrics of hiring, payroll management , attendance and maintaining the retention % of performing employees.
Being a start-up, needs to ensure all employees are motivated and charged up. Needs to drive the organization culture throughout.
Conduct various employee related programmes under the organizational guidelines.
Responsible for identifying the basic need of training and conducting them on a regular basis.
Responsible for basic infrastructure administration of office. Comply with SOP s of the company to ensure business professionalism integrity and work in collaboration/co-ordination with other verticals of the organization.
