Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities and Duties

Recruitment and Payroll Activities
Recruitment and Manpower Planing
Preparation of Organization Chart
Job Analysis: Understanding the Requirements of the Company
Preparation of Job Descriptions
Recruitment through: Job Portals, Social Sites, Internal and External Reference and Recruitment Agencies Shorlisting of CV's and Conduction Telephonic Round of Interview
Conducting Face to face interview with HOD's and Directors
Conducting Background Verification, Negotiating on Salary
Preparation of Offer letter, Joining Formalities to be conducted (Making sure all the kyc documents are avaiable)
Preparation of all letters (Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Appraisal Letter, Bond Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter)
Maintaining management guideline and preparing HR policies and updation them from time to time
Timely mails to be sent as informed by the Directors
Conducting Exit interview to understand the employee reason for leaving and finally taking the handover and finishing the exit formalities
Payroll Activities
Time and Attendance to be managed and checked on regular basis
Preparing final attendance with management of Leaves Processing of Salary and forwarding the same to Accounts for further processing
Payments of Statutory Compliance and Maintaining all the documents from time to time (ESIC, PF, MLWF, Gratuity, Medical, Insurance)
Appraisals to be done from time to time (Discuss with Directors and understand how much appraisal to be done and maintain the records)
Employee Engagement, Training and Development Activities
Employee Engagement Activities
Arranging and taking care of all the Celebrations (Birthday, Festivals, Annual Day, Picnic)
Maintaining a right work culture and making a positive environment (planning, monitoring and helping to resolve employee grievances)
Making Employees dance in the morning break, arranging for Team building games during celebrations
Training and Development Activities
Making Sure all training sessions are conducted every alternate Saturdays for understanding the work and system
Asses training needs if something else is required
Sending mails from time to time updating everyone about the training sessions Admin Related Activities
Maintaining the Stationery and its requirements
Taking care of House keeping employees and following up on the work done by them
Maintaining of all the bills related to Admin
Booking of Travelling Tickets as and when required
Help to arrange decoration during festival and celebration time
All office maintenance work to be done on time
