Advising Regions and Sites on new enactments Advising all regions and sites on new enactments / notifications on prevailing Labour Laws as and when it published.
Show cause Notices / Summons Timely disposal of Show Cause notices and summons received from different authorities
Trade Union Matters Settlement of Charter of Demands received from Union with collective bargaining. Handling other trade unions matters
Liaisoning - Liaisoning with Government authorities as and when required
Filing Returns - Filing monthly and Annual returns pertains to corporate office.
MIS Report Preparation and submission of MIS reports on Labour Compliances to the management as per schedule.
Disciplinary Actions Handling disciplinary actions as per law i.e. ID Act and IESO Act pertaining staffProfile Summary
