JOB DETAILS
The person will be responsible for collaborating with management in order to enable a measurable difference in employee focus as well as increase productivity. He/she is expected to formulate partnerships across the human resource department to facilitate the delivery of value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business values and objectives. He/she is also expected to provide project leadership for Human Resource initiatives.
• Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company.
• Ability to work with normal sourcing avenues such as Job Portals, Social Networking, References, etc. as well as to Innovate new recruiting techniques.
• Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
• To maintain attendance and leave records of employees.
• To check and authorize the payroll processing and salary calculation of employees e-HRMS.
• Encourage employee engagement activities in the organization.
• Should have the ability to handle Administration and internal reporting and will be responsible for taking care of office infrastructure requirements.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
