Experience in HRIS Management(Any)
Support in end-to-end hiring process by sourcing of profiles through various available channels for field Staff(MFI)- (Paper Ad, Recruitment Drive, Job portals and Referrals etc.).
Screening & shortlisting of profiles and initial round of interview and offer release.
Looking after Employee Engagement activities for the regions
Coordination with training team in Induction program and roll-out of additional programs at Regional level as per requirement.
Ensuring adherence to HR policies, processes & values.
Handle employee grievances and coordinate with respective stakeholders for resolving
Candidate must be flexible in travelling across the region as and when required.
