HR MIS - To Maintain Monthly HR MIS (Joining, Attrition, and Attendance) - analyze & present to the Higher Authorities of the Management. Maintaining monthly employee master data for ready reference. To ensure setting of proper documentation and systems according to the MCI and NABH standards.
Annual Budget - Execute & co-ordinate for Annual Personnel Budget.
