JOB DETAILS              
Team Management – Advice& supervise team on daily HR Oprations i.e . Record keeping , Time and attendance,Joing and exist formalities, Induction Training. Manpower Planning & Recruitment - Budgeting, costing and recruitment planning. End to end recruitment of all departments. Payroll Management: Handle end to end payroll functions which includes Time keeping, payroll check process, accounting & record keeping . IR & Statutory Compliances - Taking care of all legislation and precedent, be it employee relations, PF, LWF & Shops & Establishments, Contract labour Registration, Renewal Annual Returns. Compensation & Benefits–Monitor activities engaged in to process on time remuneration of employee’s & doctor’s. Performance Management System – Handle employee Half yearly & Yearly performance appraisal process by using bell curve on basis of KRA Training & Development - Organized various training programs as per the requirement of the organization. (i.e. Soft Skills, competency development, Service Std. etc). Budgeting & preparing annual training calendar, Coordinating complete process of training & Development program. Implementation of New HR Initiatives, Policies & Processes. * To undertake all the activities related to process of quality accreditation (NABH) Outsource Employee Management - Supervise Attendance, Salary, Bonus, Leave Payment, Statutory compliances & Bill processing. Employee Engagement - Execute & coordinating monthly activities like “Birthday Bash”, Yearly Celebration of Various days like “Jallosh”, Nurses Day & Doctors Day. To co-ordinating for events, lunches, promotional camps to manage. Consultant Empanelment - Complete Process of Consultant Empanelment with the co-ordination with MSBD & Medical Services. HR MIS - To Maintain Monthly HR MIS (Joining, Attrition, and Attendance) - analyze & present to the Higher Authorities of the Management. Maintaining monthly employee master data for ready reference. To ensure setting of proper documentation and systems according to the MCI and NABH standards. Annual Budget - Execute & co-ordinate for Annual Personnel Budget.
