Full job description
Responsible for end to end recruitment and talent acquisition (2 to 4 positions per month)
Exploring and adept in using multiple sources for talent acquisition
Managing the HRMS application and ensuring timely updation of records
Engaging with Seniors and colleagues on a regular basis
Reviewing HR policies and adhering to related compliance
Knowledge of statutory compliance and applicable laws
