Roles and Responsibility
Employee Attrition and retention- Improve retention rate across respective locations, Monthly ARP action planning, and progress review, Review Top Talent Retention
Employee Engagement and R&R - Improve the employee experience (Enhance employee engagement & retention in the EDC)
Performance Management- - Calendarize PMP cycle and on-time completion of PMP (mid-year and 2021 Annual cycle) ,
Promotion and C&B Employee will be responsible from hire to exit of employee cycle as per below KPI.
Apart from above will be also responsible for 1-2 Functional role ( R&R, PMS, Engagement, CSR, WIN, PI model to name a few).
Will be responsible for HC 600-700
