Position Title Senior Manager - Human Resources Position classification Individual Contributor reporting to VP - HR Job Description and Responsibilities ( include but not limited to) Onboarding : Device a method to onboard employees in the New way of working. Champion the New Employee Orientation programs for all the new joiners. Partner with businesses to create training schedules for the new joiners and support learning initiatives within the organization. Help to Onboard, Retrain existing employees to new teams with specific training of Team. Training : Develop, Building & Align L&D Strategy as per the organization Goal · Exemplifies the learning culture and philosophies of the organization. Create a Training calendar/plan and adhere to it. · Formulate various methods of Training programs for upskilling of resources – Technical & Functional Device, Track, and Analyze the training program and its Effectiveness. · Create and manage training budgets. · Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. · Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Development : Partner with the business to implement the development inputs for upskilling of resources for new & upcoming technology. Building initiatives to motivate employees to cross-learn and self-upgrade on other streams and technology. Monitor the key programs for development - Shadowing, Mentoring Programs. Develop records & Diary for effectiveness. Performance appraisals and promotions: They understand employees' progress by evaluating their performance periodically based on critical areas. Their competencies help them understand employees' responsibilities to facilitate a transparent appraisal.
