We are looking for a dynamic and smart candidate who could oversee and handle the entire HR gamut.
Payroll & Attendance:
Good knowledge of Payroll processing
Attendance & Leave management
Knowledge of payroll software preferred
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Recruitment:
Manage end to end recruitment cycle
Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees
Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Good Negotiation and convincing skills
Exit Formalities:
Processing full & final settlements of exit staff
Statutory compliances:
Good knowledge of Statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, Ptax, Labour Welfare fund etc
Ensure timely payouts of statutory dues
Employee engagement:
Should actively involve in arranging employee engagement activities
Desired candidate profile:
Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience working as a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager HR
Good communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Good problem solving skills
Male candidates preferred
