· Screening the candidates & scheduling their interviews
· Handling entire joining formalities of the selected candidates
· Preparing job descriptions and job specifications
Induction programme:
· Highlighting overview of the company and its policies and procedures
· Introducing the new employee with entire department
· Handling the exit formalities of the employees
· Maintaining the entire employee data
Compensation & Benefits:
· Handling payroll of all the employees
· Handling all the payroll related data of the employees
· Maintaining the attendance of employees
· Handling for full and final settlement of the employees
Administration
· Implementing human resource programs such policies and practices
· Other HR General Activities – ID Cards, Visiting Cards, Handling Employee grievances etc.
· All Administration work
