Job description
Procurement of licenses under various laws (eg. CLRA, PF, ESI, S & E, PT and etc).
Procurement of new PSARA license and renewal of old PSARA license within 90 days of expired date and compliance (like antecedent verification of each guard).
Preparation of challan under PF, ESI, LWF and PT and ensure payment on or before due date.
Monthly reconciliation of EPF/ ESI dues and deposit, related MIS and statutory audit by 21st of every month.
Accurate Actuarial valuation of the Gratuity for the Group
Closing all Gratuity settlement cases within timelines
Timely redressal of all employee grievances
Ensure preparation and submission of monthly, half yearly and annual returns under various labour laws on or before due date.
Handling labour cases in the labour court by visiting self and help of RHR and Office executives.
Ensure preparation and submission of bill supporting documents in coordination with RHR/ Office executive within due date.
Face departmental audit from different department (PF, ESI and any other)
Scheduling and rostering client audit and ensure audit attained by RHR/ Office Executive.
Ensure zero NCs against client audit.
Management of WC Policy.
Whenever there is revision of MWs, communicate to commercial department for rate revision and UPT as per revised rate.
Management of death cases and ensure payment to grieved family within 30 days from date of death.
Liasioning with authorities like Police, Municipal and Labour offices.
