Location: Sanpada (Navi Mumbai)
Experience: 7 15 yrs
CTC 6-7 Lacs p.a
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Retention:
Develop and oversee a recruitment process.
Create the job description, do the necessary job posting on the portal, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate for conducting personal interviews with the respective departments.
Oversee and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
Payroll and Budget:
Updating attendance and Coordinate with the third party for the preparation of monthly Payroll.
Review employee final payments for accuracy and generating salary sheets and payslips
Administration:
Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office.
Managing Annual maintenance contracts (AMC) & coordinating with the respective Vendors.
Ensuring Insurance Renewals & Endorsements related to Employees like Group Accident Policy & Group Medical Policy as we Company / Site Insurances.
Maintaining Monthly Budgets.
Employee Relations & Operations:
1. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing their grievances or other issues
2. Handle employee engagement, communication and employee programs
3. Ensure proper documentation and file management for all functional operations including maintaining the personal files of all employees, probation/ confirmation letters, etc., and prepare functional MIS.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
People oriented and results driven with Good Analytical skills.
Proven working experience as HR manager
Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
