HR Policies, Work Systems, Work Culture, Recruit and Appoint Candidates for various positions, Prepare their Job Descriptions and monitor their performance to deliver results.
Must be able to adminster the various factories, offices and field staff and also handle legal and administrative matters with Governments, Courts, clients, Attorneys, resolving conflicts with employees and so forth
