Roles and Responsibilities
The Management trainee - HR, shall be inducted in various functions of people process in Hire to Retire, Employee life cycle management, Talent Management, Policies, Compensation and Benefits & Learning and Development over the period of 2 years. However, The management trainee program is of One year and would be confirmed on the rolls of the company based on the ability to demonstrate passionate learning, leadership and ability to influence.
Desired Candidate Profile
The most suited young professionals with 1st class Engineering degree (any stream) & full time MBA - HR with A grade.
Ability to communicate effectively, an eye for details, analytical and people friendly approach.

On confirmation after successful training completion - 4.22 PA CTC as Sr Executive - HR
