Job description
Position : Group Head- HR Operation
Qualification
Essential MBA / Post graduate degree or diploma in Human Resource management (2 years Full Time) from Institute of repute.
Desired Certificate -SAP HR
Experience12-15 yrs of experience
Job ProfileTo conceptualize, formulate, Initiate, and implement all Policies, Processes & Procedures pertaining to human resources management to support the achievement of organizational objectives by way of effective development, utilization & satisfaction of the Human Resource.
Candidate Should be in corporate profile and handlining the group company. Broadly he should have exposure of Centre of Excellence ( COE) modeling of HR process/ initiative.

Manpower Planning & Budgeting
Effective Manpower Planning & handling redundancy with a view to enhance productivity.
Create manpower plans and budgets in line with annual business plans
Monitor adherence to planned budgets (Salary, T&D, Admin, etc.)
Work in partnership with internal customers (line managers, function/ department heads, Unit Head ) to ensure timely hiring as per requisition plans
Finalizing the manpower budget in the beginning of the financial year
Recruitment
Managing end to end recruitment process for all the requirements across all levels
Builds and maintains quality relationships with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
Develop, track and report individual recruiter metrics (e.g time to fill opening and cost per hire)
Use the social media/Technology in closing various positions .Review current and new source recruitment sources and implement new options to meet organizational hiring needs in a timely manner.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Responsible for Sourcing, Delivery, TAT, SLA, HR Operation
Managing Induction, onboarding and joining formalities
Reports , MIS, data analytics and Recruitment and skill dashboard
Compensation Management & Payroll Management
To ensure completion of Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process timely & with accuracy for all on role employees
To ensure communication of revised compensation to employees & payroll
To ensure communication of ACR process & Variable pay plan to all employees.
To ensure timely disbursal of salary (month on month) along with reimbursements through Darwinbox.
To manage & control loans and advances
To ensure reconciliation, tax deductions & compliance to norms.
To ensure timely & accurate full and Final settlement
Ensure internal audits through maker checker system in payroll.
HRIS (Darwinbox)
To ensure effective implementation of All Module of Darwinbox. Play Role of Super Amdn for Darwinbox.
To ensure all employees (Staff as well as Workmen) are enrolled with Darwinbox
To ensure all data pertaining to employees be updated from time to time in Darwinbox.
To ensure all positions & related information are updated from Time to Time in Darwinbox.
To ensure utilization of all modules/reports in Darwinbox with Zero NC.
Statutory Compliance & Stakeholder Management
Stay up to date on all statutory requirements, and ensure awareness on and adherence to the same
Ensure and review compliance with applicable statutory requirements periodically, including personnel file maintenance, PF, Gratuity, Payment of Bonus, Workmen’s Compensation, Attendance records, etc.
Liaise with relevant external stakeholders/ regulatory agencies for necessary inspections, certifications, and relationship management. E.g. Factory Inspectorate, Labour Commissioner, PF Department, etc if required.
Maintain relationships with local community/ political/ administrative representatives, for smooth plant functioning and resolution of issues
Administration
Ensure effective Admin management at corporate level with desired hygiene, safety, security and compliance requirements while keeping within planned budgets
Ensure safety and security of all employees and company property, through necessary resource allocation, infrastructure, etc.
Corp Admn- responsible for cafeteria mgmt, transport , Security, Housekeeping & Office maintenance etc in support of team .
HRMIS
Management Information System (HRMIS )
Collation & collation of Various HR activities & prepare HR-MIS for Management Review.
Employees Communication
Prepare internal communication to employees on key HR initiatives.
People Management
Develop subordinates to take up higher responsibilities through requisite trainings on behavioral competencies/ soft skills/ functional areas
Conduct periodic feedback conversations with team members as part of, and in addition to, the performance appraisal processes
Drive a high performance and motivated team culture through regular feedback, recognition, and support to staff
Core Competencies:
Good understanding about HRMS – Operation of HR Automation like SAP HR/ success factor / Darwinbox etc
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail, clarity
Candidate with strong exposure in screening, Stakeholder management skill, Excellent Communication Skills
Possess proactive attitude, excellent negotiating skill and capability to think in & out of the box.

Management Skills
Good understanding of sourcing through different channel like Portals, LinkedIn, Reference etc.
Managing Escalation
Strong decision making ability
Should be Proficient in MS office suite & Analytical skills

Age – Below 35 years.
