Sending all policies and completing the onboarding formalities on day 1 including links visiting cards portal , ITS portal , tax declaration portal ,workday .
JDs signed and filed on day 1
Appointment letters signed on day 1
Ensure proactive conversation with all new joiners before their joining
Joining announcements
Share the Onboarding tracker for appointment letter generation as per the checklist
Arrangement of new hire orientation program .
Identify Buddy and release buddy email
All day 1 activities - Complete Mandatory Trainings, Collection of Onboarding Forms, Training acknowledgement documents, Share the onboarding survey link with newcomer, Share the day 1 survey link with manager for the feedback, Make sure newcomer completes all iLearn trainings and update workday profile
Ensure that the meeting between buddy and new joiner happens in the first month
Share the filled forms as per the checklist, Onboarding template report, training acknowledgement documents
Confirmation:
Ensure that probation rating forms are raised in a timely manner
Coordinate with manager to get this filled
Provide confirmation letter/probation extension letter as per the process
Transfer:
Transfer letters and process as per the outlined process
Timely intimation and creation of letters
Correct transfer benefits applicability to respective cases
Liaising with Zonal HR for all transfers
Offboarding
Sending resignation announcements to stakeholders
Ensuring all full and final settlement inputs are sent and received in a timely manner
Follow the tracker to ensure timelines are met as per the process outlined
Coordinate for Full and final settlement
Other HR Activities
Coordinate and submit Payroll inputs and query management Referrals , House loan subsidiary ,
Long service awards
HC reporting for Vaccines
Ensuring all employee files are updated
Ensuring Audit readiness
Mediclaim Management
Processing of claims received
Coordinating with employees in case of additional/missing documents
Ensuring follow-ups for payments
Processing payments to employees
Resolving queries if any
