JOB DETAILS
1.Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process
2.Designing and implementing the overall recruiting process and procedure as per recruitment SOP(Evaluating and rating candidates on skill sets)
3.Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
4.Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
5.Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/local job portals/college, alumni and universities/vendors etc.
6.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and vendors etc
7.Screen candidates resume and job applications
8.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
9.Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
10.Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
11.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices aligning with recruitment activities
12.Work closely with management/ internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
13.Work along with the HR team in offer and onboarding process
14.Managing vendors and candidates throughout the hiring process
15.Provide detail reports on all hiring activity
16.Having the knowledge and clear understanding of recruitment role to work closely with Stakeholders
17.Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
18.Coordinate with management hiring needs and update real-time status.
19.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
20.Promote the companys reputation as best place to work
21.Taking the initiative to complete administrative ad hoc tasks, and verifying the completeness of work assigned viz Global call Centre/welcome kit/huddle etc
22.Working with BGV vendor, to close the verification process for new hire.
