JOB DETAILS
Reporting to the Head HR, your responsibilities will include :
- Managing the entire gamut of HR Operations including payroll, HRIS, Attendance Management, MIS, Appointment Letters, Bonus Plans, HR Audits etc across all locations Pan India
- Facilitating the transition to biometrics for attendance
- Experience in workday or SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of compliance matters pertaining to PoSH, PF, Taxation, Shops and Establishments Act etc
- Maintain effective working relations with all key stakeholders including HR leads of various units
The Successful Applicant :
You have a Masters degree from a reputed business school with an overall experience of 6-10 years mostly in a specialist operations payroll role.
