Prior Experience: Should have 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.

Looking for HR who is strong in PF, ESI and other Statutory Compliance.
Assisting Head HR for all HR related activities HR Acquisition
.4 Searching profiles through existing database, job portals like naukri, walk in interview and placement agencies.
Monitoring the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly review, attendance tracking, leave management, Learning and Development.
The job is that of a Generalist and will be divided between Talent Acqusition and HR Operations and Payroll.
Desired Candidate Profile
Work well under pressure Excellent organizational skills.
Managing employee records as per SOP requirements.
