ü Administering and explaining benefits to employees, serving as liaison between insurance carriers and employees
ü Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls
ü Records Keeping and Management
ü Operate and maintain machines in the office, like personal computers, voice mail systems, facsimile machines, scanners, and photocopiers.
ü Run errands and also deliver messages
ü Order services, supplies, and materials
ü Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules.
ü Office facilities management.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: -
ü At least 5 to 8 years related work experience.
ü Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
ü Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word.
ü Basic writing, reading and arithmetic skills.
ü Strong level of influence and negotiation skills.
ü Good professional appearance.
ü Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
ü Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.
ü Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
ü Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures.
ü Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources. Psychology or any other bachelor’s Business related course.
ü Candidate will get salary of range from Rs.1.80 lac p.a to Rs.3.0 lac p.a. as a good compensation.
