Grievance Handling.
Time Office / Payroll management.
Should be proactive and handle all the situations properly.
Should know IR policies, Should have good knowledge regarding PF, ESIC and other labour law compliance's.
It would be plant based role.
Employee engagement activities.
Induction and Orientation activities.
Plant visits.
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel & ERP) and various HR software programs.
