Joining & Induction process for the new joinee.
To initiate and ensure employee orientation.
To check and update on employee transfers, deputation unauthorized absence.
To check, update and facilitate retaining employees in cases of resignations.
Prepare Various MIS Reports
Consolidate all requirements of visiting Card, Coordinating with Vendors & Settlement of payments.

Source potential candidates within timelines and maintain a database of the same.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Conduct preliminary interviews (via phone, video or direct interviews)
Ensure timely communication to candidates on interview feedback.
Ensure proper background verification for selected candidates..
Maintain and timely update of Recruitment MIS
Coordinate with creative department for news paper and Social media advertisement
