Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring they support the growth and success of the organization. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, offering insights and recommendations to drive performance and employee engagement. Lead talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, participating in recruitment processes, and ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Drive employee relations initiatives, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance to maintain a positive work environment. Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans, to enhance employee productivity and retention. Collaborate with Learning and Development to identify training needs and develop programs that foster continuous learning and skill development. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary adjustments. Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications are a plus. Proven experience of at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the property or project management industry Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in India. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and implement HR initiatives effectively. Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
