Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Sourcing, screening & shortlisting of the candidatures as per the requirement followed by interview co-ordinations
Conducting preliminary interview of the applicants, evaluating the competency as per requirement & coordinating for the next functional evaluation
Coordinate & manage the on-boarding process
Coordinating for Joining formalities
Assisting manager in new project.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Willingness to Learn and flexible attitude to stretch as per work requirements
Should be able to manage the bulk hiring and work pressure
Good communication and Excel Skills
Having prior experience in bulk hiring will add advantage
Location: Bhandup(West)
