Job description:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Post job openings on various platforms and ensure a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verifications.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and HR reports.
Coordinate and conduct employee orientation programs.
Manage employee relations by addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
