Job Title: Junior Human Resource (HR) Assistant
Job Summary:The Junior HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions. This role will help ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization's human resources efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in job posting and candidate sourcing.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases.
Employee Onboarding : Help with new employee orientation and paperwork.
Ensure completion of necessary forms and documentation.
Assist in setting up new employee workstations.
HR Record-keeping : Maintain and update employee records and files.
Manage HR databases and systems.
Generate reports and data as required.
Benefits Administration: Support employees with inquiries related to benefits.
Assist in benefits enrollment and changes.
Ensure compliance with benefit policies.
Employee Relations :Address employee inquiries and concerns.
Escalate issues to HR management as necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Compliance and Policy Enforcement : Help ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Assist in HR compliance audits.
Support HR in disciplinary actions as needed.
Training and Development : Assist in organizing training programs.
Track employee training and development progress.
Coordinate with trainers and participants.
