We are looking for a Jr HR and Admin Executive who can manage all the day to day activities of the office at the forefront.
What will you be doing?
Admin day to day activities like (supervising the cleaning and hygiene of all the offices, keeping the track of pantry stock, ordering stationeries, courier management and other daily activities)
Assist in HR activities (Drafting letters, filing employee onboarding documents, travel requests etc.)
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Maintain a diary, arrange meetings and appointments, provide reminders and make minutes of meetings wherever necessary
Handle the queries of petty cash, reimbursements and other such requirements Any other related activities assigned from time to time
A graduate from any field or any other related qualifications 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Self-motivated Intensely focused Deadline-driven
Excellent Verbal and written communication 1-2 years experience
Can do attitude
A good team player
