Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding). Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates for final rounds. Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.). Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and deductions. Handle employee queries related to policies, payroll, and benefits. Support performance appraisal processes and maintain records. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Employee Relations & Compliance Address employee concerns and grievances professionally. Assist in policy documentation, and implementation. Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices. Proficiency in HR software (HRMS) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
