Provide advice across a variety of HR disciplines to employees and managers.in professional verticals and functions they support.
Employee Relations
Responsible for the development and governance of employee policies. Provide advice and counsel managers and employees on a broad range of workplace issues.
Compensation & Benefits
Design and implement compensation strategy, benefits and wellness programs for the employees including compensation bench marking.
Talent Acquisition
Devising talent acquisition strategy for the organisation; both for campus hiring and for experienced professionals.
Performance Management
Creation and institutionalization of Performance Management system for building a high performance organization.
Talent and Leadership Development
Design and conduct management training programs to help managers develop and grow throughout their career in the organisation. Work with management team to have succession plans in place for all key managerial roles.
HR Service Delivery
Manage key processes, including on and off-boarding, payroll and other transactions throughout the employee lifecycle.
HR Technology
Design and implement technology solutions for the human resources function which in turn will enable managers and employees to work effectively.
Diversity
Responsible for building and promoting an inclusive work environment as also develop diverse range of programs and activities for all employees.
