Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers of the companies. Conduct interviews and filter candidates Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Scheduling candidates for interview and explaining them each and every stage of interview. Responsible for searching right candidate for the desired profile, co-ordination between candidate and HR of the particular company , client servicing and relationship building initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Good communication (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills Qualified women talent in finance area who wishes to restart their career with a minimum 6 months career break. Any PG/Diploma/Degree in HR Preferred Experience:. #Male candidates preferred Freshers can also apply, experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role is added advantage Should have managed various sources [eg, job portals, reference, campus hiring, etc] for recruitment.
