Roles and Responsibilities
Ready to work in pressure ,dedicated, accountable.
2yrs exp in IT recruitment is must.
Screening resumes, source cvs.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with Excellent communication
Aggressive , committed towards work, ability to work under pressure and deliver.
Perks and Benefits
Monday to Friday work- Shift Time 12:30PM to 9.30PM IST
