Experience in IT recruitment Mandatory.
End to End Recruitment
Sourcing profiles from Job Portals.
Interview scheduling and Coordination.
Good in MS Outlook.
Connecting with potential joiners.
Help in coordination of weekend drive.
Maintaining MIS tracker.
Knowledge of recruitment and portals preferred.
Support departmental executives in HR activities.
Good Communication Skills
Interaction with candidates and BU stakeholders on mail or verbally.
