Roles and Responsibilities
Should be able to understand the job description shared by client
Can source the resume through different sources like job portals, internal database and social media sites etc.
Capability to screen and validate the candidate against the given job description. Record the observation and share it further
Follow up with client or Account Manager for the feedback
Should have the capability to keep the prospective candidates warm by being in regular contact with them
Understand the end to end recruitment cycle from gathering the requirement to onboard the candidate
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have 1- 6 years of experience in recruitment
Experience in contract staffing will be a big plus
Experience in recruitment for IT Industry will be preferred. (But not mandatory)
Familiarity with IT technologies will be an added advantage
Should have the capability to screen and validate the resume against the given job description
Should be available immediately
Roles are available for Junior, Senior and lead roles
