Job Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for IT Requirements (Lateral Hiring).
Handling complete Recruitment Lifecycle.
Understanding the Job Description, sourcing and screening Suitable profiles through Job Portals, professional Networking sites, Consultants and Internal References.
Placing the right Candidates and closing positions while meeting the Revenue targets.
Maintaining Database and daily Trackers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent Communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of relevant Experience in IT Recruitment.
Comfortable with six days working.
