Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute recruiting plans
2. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
3. Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
4 Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
5.Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
6.Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
7.Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions
8.Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
9.Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
10.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
11.Performing reference and background checks

2 - 4 years experience
Technical
1. Expertise in any HRMS
Non Technical
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Passionate towards work
3. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
4. Knowledge on Company Policies and explain same to the candidates when and where ever required
