Job Summary
Responsibilities
Prepare job descriptions, positing jobs to multiple portals and social media.
Sourcing candidates using different methods like Facebook, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings.
Coordinating with recruitment team, internal team and management for scheduling interviews and follow ups.
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Perform reference check and background verification as and when required.
Helping HR team with organizing events and other core HR tasks.
Qualification and skills:
Graduate or Post graduate in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
Minimum 1 year work experience as a Technical Recruiter is must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge with various interview formats.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Knowledge about portals like Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5 Working days. Days will be flexible.
