Roles and Responsibilities Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations and hiring documentation. Imparting interview techniques, insights and expertise to enhance the evaluation capabilities of line management. Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Candidates should have excellent communication skills Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals. Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently. Creative, forward thinker should be alert and receptive Manage the full cycle recruitment and talent pipeline process from the business needs definition to the candidate offer process stage. Desired Candidate Profile Work from home until the pandemic (Internet expenses will be reimbursed) Good communication skills Candidates should have minimum of 6 months of experience in IT recruitment.
