4. Good knowledge of head hunting, good Internet Researching & Browsing Skills & good track records of database & MIS,
5. Ensure consistent follow-up post offer & taking it to closure.
6. Using innovative sourcing techniques.
7. Scheduling Interviews , Follow ups with the candidates.
8. Building rapport with Candidates.
10. Responsible for recruitment from Mid level to Senior level Positions.
11. Excellent communication skills.
