JOB DETAILS
In this position, you will play an integral role in the talent management agenda for our global staff located in international offices around the world. You will be an integral member of the global HR network, leading the way in optimized delivery of HR solutions and priorities, data-driven, growth oriented and strategic HR.
If you are a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a track record in, and passion for, engaging staff and managers to drive for results, this position may be a fit for you. In addition, broad knowledge of Human Resources and familiarity with HR software and tools is required. The ability to collaborate across a global network and manage remote relationships is necessary for success in this role.
This position will be based in one of our WRI India office locations and will report to the International HR Manager in Washington, DC.
Job Responsibilities
International HR
Support WRI’s global mobility program by coordinating mobility related activities and acting as the point of contact for staff assignments and transfers
Support International HR Manager to ensure that HR activities are compliant with applicable local labor laws
Stay abreast of local compensation and benefits best practices
Promote consistency of practices across the global organization
Establish and maintain strong relationships with global HR teams
Support HR systems team with implementing software systems, maintaining HR databases and providing HR analytics as needed to the organization
Administrative tasks as needed
Career Tracks Project Management
Provide project support across full project life cycle for refresh of WRI’s career tracks, WRI’s career development path
