RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the application process from start to finish.
Create and maintain job descriptions.

Interviewing
Offer negotiation and offer confirmation.
Offer Letters
Reference Checks
Conduct employee onboarding, new hire orientation, and training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits.
Play a key role in the implementation of Employee Engagement Programs.
Responsible for quarterly Newsletter release
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Handles exit process for resigned employees
Maintaining weekly and monthly activity reports, payroll input
