Wodehouse Capital is currently looking for experienced Human Resource Managers for it's Mumbai Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting Seniors in profiling & shortlisting potential candidates post screening resumes
- Performing in-person and zoom interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Ensuring employees are aligned with the companies leave policies
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers/agencies
- Updating the Management on the interview process status & making recommendations
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Coordinating with accounts for timely salary & PF processing
- Conducting exit interviews as required
- Must have a good understanding of HR policies as per existing rules and regulations
Education / Skill set required:
- MBA / Certification course in HR from a leading institute
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3yrs in a similar HR role
