Work proactively together with the India leadership team as a HR business partner and enhance the fact and KPI driven exchange to identify areas for improvement
Partner with HR and leadership team to design, implement and localize learning and development programs in alignment to business strategy for HRS worldwide
Be the go to person for all colleagues in India re. all aspects of HR truly engaging on a personal level and enabling them to develop
Further develop organizational structure and culture to establish a leading people organization and to drive actual business performance
Support ongoing and continuous change enabling teams and resolving potential conflicts
Closely cooperate with APAC and headquarter HR team to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as a thriving employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle
Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring and retention of talent in accordance with the global HR strategy
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant with different offices in India
Oversee operational people matters, including payroll, HRIS, reporting and administrative work as assigned
